Die Duo Crisp-Heißluftfritteusenfunktion backt schön knusprig und funktioniert gut, der Topf ist schnell auf Temperatur.
Die Slowcook- und Hochdruckfunktionen erreichen ebenfalls schneller die Temperatur/Druck als der Crockpot.
Disadvantages
Das Heißluftfrittierkorb ist schwer zu reinigen, man muss es mit einem Topflappen herausheben, um das Essen aus dem Topf zu bekommen.

Die Sous Vide-Funktion wird wärmer als die angegebene Temperatur im Topf (Wasser zirkuliert nicht).
Zuerst hatte ich einen Duo Crisp mit Produktionsfehler, nach 2x Reparatur wurde dies mit einem neuen Topf super gelöst, der jetzt seit einem Jahr ohne Probleme immer noch hervorragend funktioniert und er wird viel für alle möglichen Funktionen verwendet!

Die Luftfritteuse ist sehr nützlich - sogar nur zum Erwärmen von Essen (ich benutze sie anstelle der Mikrowelle).
Disadvantages
Der Silikonring nimmt Gerüche auf und behält sie.

Es wäre schön, das Druckentlastungsventil auf die gewünschte Dampfdruckentlastungsrate zu sperren.

Das Gerät ist super vielseitig durch die vielen Kochfunktionen. Ich benutze es oft als Actifry und für Eintöpfe, aber Dämpfen geht auch, warmhalten usw.
Disadvantages
Wenig Nachteile zu bedenken, außer vielleicht, dass das Gerät manchmal mehrmals hintereinander eine Fehlermeldung gibt, weil der Deckel nicht ganz richtig sitzt.

Wenn du ein Gerät möchtest, das praktisch alles kann, dann MUSST du dieses haben! Die größte Version kann leicht ein ganzes Huhn fassen. Oder Schmorbraten für eine große Familie. Ich benutze es in jeder Saison auf eine andere Weise.
